1. General Information
We take the protection of your data seriously. Our app can generally be used without providing personal data (such as real names or email addresses).

3. What Data We Store
To ensure the operation of "Verty3", we process:
- Anonymous Game Profile: We only store a fictional player name (nickname) chosen by you and your game progress (XP, level). This data is not linked to your real identity, email address, or location.
- Technical Access Data: When accessing the app, technical information is automatically collected by the hosting provider for security purposes (e.g., IP address, browser type). These log files serve exclusively for operational security (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
- Local Settings: Your preferences (e.g., sound on/off) are stored locally on your device only. We do not use advertising trackers.
4. Payment Processing (Stripe)
For purchases in the browser, we use Stripe Inc. as our payment service provider. When making a purchase, you will be redirected to Stripe. Your payment data (e.g., credit card details) is processed exclusively by Stripe – we only receive confirmation of successful payment and your purchase amount. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment). More information: stripe.com/privacy
4a. Purchases in the iOS App (Apple)
In the iOS app, purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Your payment data is processed only by Apple. We only receive a purchase receipt signed by Apple (product, transaction number, time of purchase) in order to credit the content to your player account. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).
5. Your Rights
You can request information about the stored data at any time or request the deletion of your game profile. Simply send an email to the contact address listed above. You can also delete your game profile yourself at any time: Settings → Account → "Delete account".
